• Verification
CitizenShipper provides our users with the option to confirm both their identity and their physical location. When you see the green citizenshipper icon with a tick mark on the member's feedback profile you can feel comfortable that they are who they say they are.
• Feedback
Good feedback is an excellent indication that a member is trustworthy and easy to work with. Members are asked to leave feedback on one another discussing things such as timeliness, professionalism and ease of communication.
• Address Privacy
Only after a CitizenSender has accepted a CitizenShipper's bid on their contract will the full pick-up address, delivery address and contact number become available to the CitizenShipper.
Safe CitizenShipping can sometimes boil down to common sense. If for whatever reason you do not feel comfortable either giving your package to a CitizenCourier, or delivering for a CitizenShipper, then calmly and kindly decline to go through with the agreement. You should never have to deliver an item, or hand your item over if you feel uncomfortable doing it.
