He was very professional and a real gentlemen. The move took a little more time than I anticipated as Maurice was not that famaliar with the routes. He called to update which I greatly apprecoiated. I would use Maurice again without hesitation.
[Household Goods] Two Chairs to Iowa	Rating: 10 Left by: Old Coastie Date: December 9, 2012	2 chairs to Iowa Maurice picked up the family heirloom chairs on schedule and delivered them 6 days later in Ames, IA. There was no damage to the chairs. While Maurice"s pick-up and delivery times might seem a bit unorthodox, like maybe early in the morning or late at night, you overlook that because he is: 1. a great communicator. Stays in touch. Tells his customer what"s going on and the latest schedule. 2. He is reliable, shows up on time. He has it together. Obviously a hard worker. 3. His price was a good one; not rock bottom, but very fair. Made the transfer of these heirlooms worthwhile. Despite a hectic schedule, constant coordination with many customers, Maurice stays pleasant and calm; easy to work with. Very happy with his services
[Household Goods] Dining Room Furniture Shipment	Rating: 2 Left by: Date: December 8, 2012	Nice guy, zero sense of time management I had Maurice move dining room furniture from Pittsburgh to Charlottesville. He was originally supposed to pick it up Sat a.m. and deliver it Saturday evening. However, I got a call on Friday saying it would be later on Saturday. Then Saturday evening, it turned into Sun. I was scheduled to leave town Sunday, so was pretty frustrated about this. It then changed to be picked up around noon Sunday, and deliver it to me Sun evening. "Sunday evening" turned into 11pm estimate, which then turned into a 1 a.m. on Monday morning estimate. He arrived at my house at 3:30 Monday morning (even though at 2:15 that morning he said he was 20 min away). He did a fine job with the furniture, but getting my furniture delivered at 3:30 in the morning was completely unsat, and caused me to change my travel plans last minute. I do not plan on using him again. Good price, but not worth it to be jerked around with his inability to schedule.

[All other items] sofa to Amherst, NY	Rating: 8 Left by: fordhammsw Date: February 22, 2011	Overall, very good This pickup and delivery ended with an excellent result, and Maurice is as nice as he can be. However, his job was complicated by another shipment picked up prior to mine that was much larger than was described to him, resulting in horrible reshuffling and putting things on top of his van, and lots of time and effort spent that should not have been. Without my husband helping it would have been much worse. This was not Maurice's fault; it should be made clear on the website that couriers may not be able to accommodate shipments larger than what was agreed upon! Not fair to anyone! The website also needs to redesign links to insurance (or refer customers to a way to purchase it on their own). My shipment ended up uninsured due to faulty links on the website, so I was just lucky that Maurice was very competent and got it there safely.
