I received a very vague email from him on the scheduled day of pick up that said nothing more than he couldn"t fulfill the contract due to a family emergency. I"m sorry if that was the case but it seemed strangely short and generic. This leaves me with less than a week to find an alternative for getting my grandmothers antique kitchen table transported before mother moves. I"m giving two stars only because he replied to emails pretty quickly.
