Jonathan was scheduled to pickup/move a bed/dresser from my disabled brother who is a veteran.
Jonathan failed to contact me with less than 24 hours prior to pickup. I had to contact him myself and find out he couldn"t do the job. He said he could be "delayed" by a half week but promised to contact me two days later. He also promised either way if he couldn"t do the shipment he would get someone to do it for the same price.
Guess what? No phone call as promised, left us completely without an email, phone call or any corrspondence.
DO NOT use this person for shipping. YOU will be DISAPPOINTED, do not trust or believe his words. He has more NEGATIVE feedback than

He scheduled a pickup date but did not commit to a time. On the scheduled pickup date he emailed me to postpone. He did this a few times and then finally ran up against my deadline and backed out. I had just enough time to mail everything through USPS before I had to catch a plane. I understand that unexpected and urgent matters arrise, but I was disappointed that he did not find a replacement driver to fulfill his commitment and I would not recommend him as a reliable driver.
We have verified that the driver uses this email account.

We have called the driver and confirmed their telephone number.
The driver belongs to the Facebook social network.
The background checks involves a National Criminal Database Search to see if there are any known cases on file for a driver.
