How do the background checks work?
Background checks are performed on Level 3 verified members. When a driver makes a bid on your contract you will see the words 'Verified' in green next to their name. To bring you increased security we have partnered with Single Source Services, a background screening firm founded in 1995 by a retired Scotland Yard Inspector. The background check that we perform is a nationwide "Discovery" search and adds considerable levels of security to our site.
Can You Guarantee My Shipment?

Ok, so how does this work?
Our site is very easy and user friendly, you simply list your shipment details, including important information like pick-up location, destination, preferred dates, what it is that you are moving and also how much you are willing to pay. Almost immediately transport service providers will bid on your job and you will be notified of a transporters interest both through email, and with a notification on our site whenever you log in.
When a driver makes a bid on your shipment, you can click on their bid and bring up a profile page on that driver which includes information like the vehicle he/she drives, any feedback score, relevant experience and their verification level, to name just some of the information you will see. If you accept a driver, he/she will be notified by email that they have won your job. Only when you have accepted the driver will information be released on the exact address of the shipment, and your contact information.
Is My Privacy Respected?
Absolutely. Until you select a driver, only the zip codes of your pick-up and delivery locations are displayed. Only when you have made a final selection on a courier will they be able see more details on your shipment.
