Outstanding!! Jessica brought out my sister’s cats to me after she passed unexpectedly. I needed them at my home within 3 days and Jessica was able to fly them out very quickly. The cats did great! Jessica did a fantastic job with the cats and communication was A+. I highly recommend her.

We sent our 70lb lovable pittie with Jessica from San Francisco to Chicago to help with our move. At first, we were a bit hesitant to use citizen shipper/do a pet transfer but from the start, Jessica made us feel confident about our decision. She was extremely responsive, reassuring and friendly! We could clearly tell she treated Finley like her own on this roadtrip. She gave multiple daily updates and couldn't have been more fantastic. Would highly recommend her if you're in need of a pet transfer! 11/10!!!

Jessica did a great job. Pickup was perfectly on time, transport went smoothly, with several updates along the way, and delivery was only a half hour late! Thanks Jessica!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using a service like this, so we were naturally nervous—but she answered every question promptly and patiently and put us at ease right from the start. She drove my senior dog from California to Rhode Island and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos and updates along the way, which I really appreciated. Her car was spacious, and my dog was comfortable in a large crate. I will definitely use her again if the need arises and highly recommend her to anyone needing pet transport!.

Gave daily updates with photos without being prompted and my dogs loved her! First time using a pet transport service, and very glad to have found Jessica. She even delivered them a day earlier than expected :)

I'm a nervous Nelly Mom, but was so totally soothed and satisfied with Mama J's Ride-a-long. Upon meeting Jessica, I felt relieved, just sensing that she would take care of my precious cat. She sent me 4 pictures of my baby on the 13 hour drive, assuring me that Allie was comfortable and as happy as possible. Upon delivery, I got another note confirming success. If you are looking for someone to love and care for your pet on its journey, as if it were her own, look no further. Jessica was responsive, responsible, and above all, super caring! Can't go wrong with Jessica!!!
